New word in ‘my’ dictionary

Few years back, when I heard the word ‘blog’, I was quite disgusted. I was like “What the hell does blog mean? It sounds like ‘blob’ yuck! I did not really care to ask people because I thought I would be laughed at. For the past three years in college, I used to hear this disgusting word (That’s what I thought) on & off but never asked anyone. After finishing my studies, I joined work in Sify as an ‘editor’. The very first day at work I heard my Colleague say, “ Hey Faheeda, Just check out my blog”. I was like hmmmm here we go again! After a couple of chats about this mystery word. I realised that I was totally mistaken... & yup here i come, this is my first post!
